Delta launches the MEB-2K5A, the latest augmentation of the enclosed medical power supply MEB Series. This powerful unit delivers 2,500 W of output power and its output voltage options of 24 V, 36 V, and 48 V are provided. Featuring a high-power density of 29.5 W/inch³, the MEB-2K5A is encased in a compact form factor measuring 127 x 310.8 x 40.5 mm (5 x 12.2 x 1.6 inch). The MEB-2K5A features active current sharing, which allows multiple units to operate in parallel and distribute loads evenly for high-power applications, as well as a 5 V/2 A standby output. Besides, the power supply offers conformal coating for protection in demanding environments as it enables a wide range of operating temperature from -20°C to 70°C, its smart fan control aids in assuring quiet and efficient operation. Advanced digital monitoring and control are supported via PMBus® version 1.3, ensuring seamless integration into complex systems.

The MEB-2K5A is specifically designed for medical applications, offering 2 x MOPP isolation and type BF compliance to meet strict safety requirements.
